Bamboo basket for my clients from Japan for their hard business trip.

France is full of yummy thing but the rich taste for gourmand can be a bit heavy for us.....so sometimes they need some food-care!

Here is a little bit of everything Japanese flavored bento.

Three mini onigiris

-pickled plum

-turnip leaves and dried fish

-ciboulette and ginger

Pan-fried aubergine in miso ginger sauce

Japanese style rolled omelette

Sautéed celery and fried tofu

Kinpira lotus root in sesame flavor

Marinated organic carrot

Grilled sausages with soysauce
