One sunny day dinner with jet lag
Still sleepy after 18h.
I could hardly open my eyes.
Yesterday was le 14 Juillet. Nobody is supposed to work.
We were not supposed to work either.
Early dinner with my partner and we both went to bed quite early.
*Pot-cooked small bio potatos and chicken wings
Perfect for not woking jet lag brain.
Sprinkle some salt and rub a bit.
Heat a spoon of olive oil in a large pot. Put potatos and chicken wings. Cook them until the surface gets a bit brown.
Add 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup of sake or white wine.
Add any kind of herbes you have in your planter or fridge and three cloves of roughly crushed garlic.
Cover the pot and wait for 20-30 min.
Take off the cover heat for 5 min.
Salt and pepper.
Et voila c'est fini.
Serve with some mustard.
